Refund Policy

This policy explains when Sentien Labs LLC may issue refunds for VerdictSwarm subscriptions purchased through Stripe and how to request one.

1. Refund window

For new VerdictSwarm paid subscriptions purchased directly through Stripe, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the initial charge. Requests made after that window are generally not eligible unless required by law or caused by a verified billing error on our side.

If we introduce annual plans, approved refunds for annual subscriptions may be prorated to reflect any period of paid service already used before the refund request was submitted.

2. What may qualify

  • A material failure of the service to perform substantially as described and we are unable to correct it within a reasonable time.
  • A duplicate or incorrect Stripe charge caused by a billing error.
  • A technical problem that prevented access to the paid tier during the refund window and could not be resolved after you contacted support.

3. What does not qualify

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window, except where required by law.
  • A change of mind after you have already used paid scans or paid-only features.
  • Dissatisfaction based solely on disagreement with a token score, grade, or AI-generated reasoning.
  • Unused time remaining in a monthly billing period after cancellation.
  • Losses from trading, investing, or relying on VerdictSwarm output.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@sentienlabs.com from the account associated with your subscription and include the email used at checkout, the approximate purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional details so we can verify the charge and evaluate the request quickly.

If your request is approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellations and renewals

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support to resolve a normal subscription issue may result in account suspension or termination, especially where we reasonably believe the chargeback is fraudulent or abusive.
