1. Who we are

VerdictSwarm is operated by Sentien Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you may have regarding your personal information.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information such as your email address when you sign in with email or request account recovery.
  • Wallet addresses and related request metadata when you use wallet-linked features, x402 flows, or account-authenticated scan tools.
  • Scan activity and saved portfolio items, including token addresses, chain selections, timestamps, cached reports, and usage history associated with your account or session.
  • Payment and subscription metadata from Stripe, such as customer IDs, subscription status, billing state, and checkout session references. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical and analytics information such as IP-derived request metadata, browser or device information, session identifiers, approximate location, and product usage events.

3. How we use your information

  • To operate VerdictSwarm, authenticate users, process scans, maintain portfolio features, and return reports.
  • To process subscriptions, prevent payment abuse, recover paid access, and provide customer support.
  • To secure the platform, enforce limits, detect abuse, debug incidents, and improve reliability and performance.
  • To understand product usage and improve the service, including through privacy-aware analytics and operational telemetry.
  • To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights, users, and infrastructure.

4. Service providers and third parties

We use third-party infrastructure and software providers to deliver the service. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments.

  • Stripe for subscription billing, checkout, and payment administration.
  • Vercel for frontend hosting and delivery.
  • Railway for backend API hosting and application infrastructure.
  • PostHog for product analytics and usage measurement when enabled.
  • Model, RPC, and data providers needed to generate token analysis results.

5. Cookies, local storage, and analytics

VerdictSwarm uses cookies and local storage for session management, sign-in state, scan preferences, quota handling, and analytics. Some of these technologies are necessary for the service to function, while others help us measure usage and improve the product.

Where required by law, we will honor applicable consent requirements for non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may break sign-in or other site features.

6. Data retention

We retain account, billing, and scan-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. Different categories of data may be retained for different periods depending on the purpose and sensitivity of the data.

When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or de-identify it where reasonably practicable, subject to backup, fraud-prevention, and legal-retention constraints.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or limit certain processing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.

  • GDPR and similar laws: you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or export of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
  • CCPA and California rights: California residents may request to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and request correction of inaccurate information, subject to applicable exceptions.
  • To make a privacy request, email support@sentienlabs.com from the account you use with VerdictSwarm. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.

8. International processing and security

Our providers may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions where they operate. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure and no transmission method is guaranteed against unauthorized access.

9. Children and sensitive use cases

VerdictSwarm is not directed to children under 18. Do not use the service if you are under 18. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information or secrets through the service unless required for a supported product workflow.
